Refund policy

Palette De Flores guarantees the freshness, flower quality, and value of every order. Each arrangement delivered by its members is handcrafted by a professional florist designer.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, we ask that you please email us here or call our Customer Service Department on 02 8021 8523, within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll be happy to supply you with a replacement bouquet of the same value.

If we don't succeed at helping you solve your issue, we'll refund your payment and, we will collect the flowers from the recipient address.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online are credited back in the manner in which you paid. Your banking institution controls the amount of time it takes for you to receive your refund. However, most Palette De Flores customers will see their refund within 3-5 business days.

Flowers in “buds” for the best value. In most cases, we will deliver your flowers still in the bud. This means you are getting the freshest stock with the most life ahead of them.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation of an order Cancellations received within less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with more than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our driver for delivery.
