When is Palette De Flores open?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
What hours do we deliver?
Flower delivery hours are between 9 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Does Palette De Flores offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we sure do! Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 3 pm (AEST) Monday-Friday and 12 pm on Saturday. We will accept orders until our driver capacity is reached.
What is the deadline for placing an order?
For same-day delivery in Sydney, orders must be placed by 3 pm (AEST) Monday - Friday and by 12 pm (AEST) on Saturday to guarantee same-day delivery excluding Public Holidays or until the capacity of delivery is reached.
What is the delivery fee?
Palette De Flores standard delivery to most Sydney suburbs is $15. Some distant Sydney suburbs are between $20-30 depending on the distance.
Can I order flowers online for delivery outside Sydney?
No, we only take orders in Sydney.
Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower delivery?
We do not have specific time delivery; however, we will make every attempt to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
If you wish us to contact you prior to delivery, there is an option at the checkout called “Delivery notes” you are welcome to provide your mobile number and we will contact you prior to delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the
flowers will be left at the recipient's front or back door if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced drivers seem safe to do so.
If the flowers cannot be left safely, a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
