How a Floral Subscription Sydney Works

We use the best blooms of the season in your chosen colour palette and use them in every one of our arrangements.
Pick The Size
Choose from one of four sizes – Standard, Premium, Deluxe, or Posh.
Select Frequency
Decide if you want to receive flowers every week, every fortnight or once a month.

Caring for Your Blooms
Enjoy fresh flowers for longer – with a little attention and care you can extend the shelf life of your floral subscription. Use these helpful tips to maximise your enjoyment.
1) Fresh Water: No need to worry about flower food or fancy preservatives. Change the water in your vase every 24-48 hours and you’ll notice your flowers last way longer.
2) Clean Container: Run your vase or container through the dishwasher between each flower delivery to avoid bacteria build up (this decreases the shelf life of your blooms).
3) Cool Temperatures: Flowers last longer if they are kept in cooler temperatures. No need to place them in a cooler or refrigerator but it’s best to avoid placing your flowers right next to the heater.
4) Avoid Direct Sunlight: Direct light can have a dramatic effect on the shelf life of your blooms. Keep them out of the sun and avoid harsh bright lighting conditions.

Do I need to commit to a certain timeframe or sign a contract?
No! We’re here to spread the joy of flowers and make it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. You can pause, cancel or reschedule your subscription as often as you’d like. If you'd like to cancel or pause your subscription, please send an email to info@paletttedeflores.com.au at the latest seven days before you wish to cancel.
Can I tell you what flowers to include?
The magic of this experience is that we’ll pull together a beautiful arrangement featuring the best blooms Mother Nature has to offer. Our mission is to bring the joy of flowers to more humans and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colours and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.
When will my flowers be delivered?
Our floral subscriptions are delivered each Tuesday. We aim to have all customer orders delivered by noon, but we’ll be sure to contact you directly if there are delivery delays or product interruptions. Note, Public Holidays will have an impact on delivery dates. We're more than happy to change the delivery date if you need it changed.
What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?
If you’re not available when our drivers delivers your flowers, that’s not a problem. We’ll be sure to leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place and we’ll send you a text message to confirm delivery.
What flowers will be used?

How do I get started? Where do I place my order?
Click here to get started. We’re here to make it easy for you. All you need to do is decide your colour palette and frequency of delivery. We’ll handcraft your arrangement and professionally deliver your flowers each week / fortnight / month. There is no lock-in contract.
Can I set up a subscription as a gift?
Of course, a flower subscription is a gift that keeps on giving and makes an amazing gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, anniversaries, and get well soon.
Does the delivery fee come included in the subscription?
Yes! the delivery fee for the subscription is included in the total cost of the subscription.
